Siobhán McSweeney

Siobhán McSweeney is from Cork. She trained at Central School of Speech & Drama and Ecole Philippe Gaulier. She has performed mainly in theatre, The Abbey, The Royal Court, The Donmar Warehouse, National Theatre to name a few. Screen work includes The Fall, Collateral, No Offence and Porters. But she is probably most well known for playing Sister Michael in the award winning series Derry Girls. She has just been announced as the new presenter on The Great Pottery Thowdown which should be aired early next year. Recently she also pretends she can write, and sometimes other people join her in that delusion.
